R&B underground legend Andre Williams ("Bacon Fat," "Jailbait"),

will release an album of new sleazy blues tunes on April 25 entitled Mr.

Rhythm. The crazed producer/songwriter ("Shake a Tailfeather") lives up

to his reputation as a non-P.C. songwriter with tunes such as "I Wanna Be

Your Favorite Pair of Pajamas," "Bonin'," "Let Me Put It In" and "Bring Me

Back My Car Unstripped." A single featuring a two-part collaboration

between Williams and the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion -- whose

untitled, upcoming album Williams is executive producing -- will be

unleashed just prior to the midsummer release of the new Spencer album. The

song, "Lap Dance," was described by a source as a "James

Brown-style" two-part romp that is stretched over both sides of the

7-inch.
