Remy Zero's Cinjun Tate, Alyssa Milano File For Divorce

After less than a year of wedlock, Remy Zero singer Cinjun Tate and "Charmed" actress Alyssa Milano have filed for a divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple, who married on January 1 at a private ceremony in Rosewood, Louisiana (see [article id="1433702"]"Remy Zero Frontman Weds Alyssa Milano"[/article]), officially filed for the divorce last week at the Los Angeles Superior Court, according to the "Los Angeles Times."

The group received some radio play and critical attention for its second album, "Villa Elaine," and its single, "Prophecy," which were released in 1998. The band has since been dropped from Geffen Records; Tate can currently be heard as one the backup vocalists on the Counting Crows' latest single, "Hanginaround."

Remy Zero is scheduled to play the Roxy Theater in West Hollywood on December 15.
