As we prepare to bid farewell to an unforgettable season of "Teen Mom 2," we can't help but remember the drama that unfolded with every episode. The precious four-year-old's face was filled with elation as his mom and dad experienced a parenting first with their significant others.

Jace meets his little brother

Jenelle's son was a bit timid and uneasy as he held his younger sibling for the first time, but his subtle smile as he cradled his brother made us positively melt.

Ali learns she can do "anything she wants" -- sealed with a pinky swear

Leah's little girl became more aware of her medical condition and sadly told her dad Corey that she's "not strong" -- a statement that understandably didn't sit well with her parents. After learning about this admission, Leah assured Ali that her muscular dystrophy diagnosis should not stand in the way of what she would like to achieve. When the young mom asked her daughter what she could do, Ali softly responded with the perfect answer.

Aleeah has a heart-to-heart with her mama

Aleeah, or Gracie as her mom calls her, sat down with Leah to have a one-on-one chat about Ali's wheelchair. The mother of three calmly explained to Gracie, who was feeling jealous of her sister, that even though the device is "helpful," she shouldn't want one because it's not the "best thing to have." The conversation was sealed with a big bear hug.

Aubree shows off her softball skills

Chelsea's mini-me shined during her first practice on the diamond, giving us flashbacks to Dottie Hinson's dominance in "A League of Their Own."
