Khloé Kardashian is hosting Thanksgiving for the second time this year, and she's SUPER excited about it. The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star has been tweeting up a storm today (Nov. 26) as she cooks and bakes a feast for her family -- one of three Thanksgiving celebrations she's taking part in, she revealed on her website.

"I take my hosting duties very seriously. I absolutely adore being the hostess," Khloé wrote. She says she's having a family Thanksgiving, a friendsgiving and one Thanksgiving in the hospital, likely with her estranged husband, Lamar Odom. The former NBA champion was found unconscious after a drug overdose on Oct. 13.

The 35-year-old reportedly suffered multiple strokes and was in a coma for four days. He's now doing much better -- earlier this month, Khloé said he's "off all machines" and learning to walk again, thanks to physical and cognitive therapy.

Khloé also took some time to explain what's most important to her this Thanksgiving: "I'm overly thankful for my family," she wrote. "My family has been through a ton of trials and tribulations mixed with blessings on blessings on blessings. But when times get tough, my family seems to thrive and band together. We find a way to always persevere. Rise above the ashes!! Without my crazy, chaotic, amazing family, I'm not sure how I could have gone through some of the things that I was tested with this year."
