"She was granted her divorce," Dustin R. T. Sullivan said. "Courtland failed to appear to contest it, so he waived all rights to spousal support or equitable distribution. He added, "Jenelle is now looking forward to the birth of her new baby."

Jenelle expressed her appreciation for the outpouring of support on Twitter, writing: "Thanks everyone for the positive vibes! I'm very happy and feel so free now! Lol."

But Barbara Evans' reaction surely took the cake. These are the words (errr...double quotes, plus signs and question marks) of one very relieved mother:

A "yay:/" from Babs? Things are really beginning to look up for Jenelle.

Jenelle's boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, even hinted at a big celebration in the near future: "Man that sucks you won't have your maiden name that long...ahh it sounds better as Griffith anyways!" he tweeted. Do we hear wedding bells ringing for the couple of one year?

Jenelle, who is mom to four-year-old Jace, filed for divorce from Rogers last month. After a whirlwind romance, they announced their engagement in November 2012 and got hitched one month later, but it wasn't long before trouble hit: Both were arrested on drug-related charges shortly after tying the knot.

With her marriage to Courtland and legal problems finally behind her, Jenelle can now focus on her growing family, future with Nathan and the arrival of their son, Kaiser, later this month.
