Liam Payne Says That He's 'Certain' One Direction Will Perform Again
Did you hear that? It's the sounds of a zillion Directioners worldwide checking out their Twitter feeds and screaming over a (potential) conclusion to One Direction's hiatus.
Thanks to a Twitter back-and-forth with fans on December 17, Liam Payne has revealed that he's quite sure β or "π― certain," technically β that 1D haven't broken up for good. A fan asked him straight-up if the lads would get back together, and Payne delivered the honest truth:
It's been an eventful 2016 for the members of One Direction, with Payne, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson all pursuing their own ventures onstage and on-screen.
Payne's 2016 was eventful on both the personal and professional fronts β he's at work on his solo album, and he's expecting his first child with girlfriend Cheryl Fernandez-Versini β but it looks like his 2017 is set to be just as exciting thanks to a potential reunion with his musical mates.
