Cheslea Houska and Cole DeBoer are known for making super-sweet statements to each other on Teen Mom 2 as well as on social media (not surprising since they're blissfully in love!) -- and the future father just offered up a special message to his soon-to-be bride. The occasion for the sentimental words: Aubree's mama turning 25.

"Happy Birthday to my beautiful sweetheart!" Cole wrote along with the Instagram image above of his lady. "I am truly blessed and lucky to be a part of her and I wish her the world on her birthday. Love you @chelseahouska."
