Selena Gomez’s Revival world tour touched down in Sydney last night, and instead of using her free time to sightsee or hang with koalas, she decided to give one lucky Selenator the surprise of a lifetime.

The 23-year-old teamed up with Australian radio hosts Kyle & Jackie O to raid the home of a superfan named Sophie. Make no mistake: Sophie isn’t just a casual fan — she once flew all the way to Texas to see Selena live, but never got the chance to meet her. That all changed, though, when Selena walked through her front door, took selfies with her, and thanked her for being such a dedicated fan.

“I can’t believe that just happened. I can’t believe she took the time to come and see me!” Sophie exclaimed after Selena left. Gotta hand it to Sel: She’s always finding new ways to kill ’em with kindness.
