Calling all fans, stans, and everything in between, it’s time again to show your fandom some love. This year, if you want your favorite TV show/movie/video game to take home that coveted Fandom of the Year win, you need to be ready to tweet, snap, post, like, reblog and share until your thumbs go numb. Trust me: Early onset arthritis is worth the price of sweet, sweet victory.

To switch things up from last year’s Epic Bracket Battle, Fandom of the Year voting will be a multi-social platform event. Voting will take place in a series of five rounds starting with Facebook, and each round happening on a new platform. As you progress through the rounds, the stakes will get higher as fandoms with the least amount of votes will be eliminated in a cut-throat, show-no-mercy fight to the fandom death. Sh*t's going to get intense real quick.

And now that your fingers are itching to proclaim your fandom love from the Internet rooftops, head to Facebook and share the photo of your favorite nominee. Right now we’re up to 32, but that number will drop quickly. Once you’ve cast your vote, be sure to check back in for the platform switch. When voting moves to a new social media site, the current platform will tell you when, where, and how to vote. The most tenacious, active, and -- let’s be honest -- borderline crazy fans who stick it out to the end will be gloriously rewarded. The rest will be forced to hang their heads and bitch about it later on Twitter.

The winner will then be announced along with the other categories at the 2016 MTV Fandom Awards, airing on Sunday, July 24 at 8/7c on MTV, from Petco Park at San Diego Comic Con. While you’re at it, feel free to vote for the other categories as well, like Best New Fandom and Bandom of the year.

So who are the current nominees? We’ve broken them down into four categories, including video games, television drama, television comedy, and movies. Here’s what we got.

Video Games

For all those no longer bothered by the blinding blue light of a console, we’ve got some of your fave video games on our list of nominees. To start you off, you can choose between Dragon Age: Inquisition – Trespasser DLC; Fallout 4; Fire Emblem Fates; League of Legends; The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes; Pokkén Tournament; Undertale; and World of Warcraft. Just don’t tell your Warcraft friends how much you really loved Zelda this year.

Movies

For all you cinema heads with a serious popcorn addiction, there is no shortage of amazing films to pick from. For your choosing pleasure, the nominees include Captain America: Civil War, Deadpool, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2, Inside Out, The Man From U.N.C.L.E, Mazerunner: The Scorch Trials, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and X-Men: Apocalypse. Superheroes, spies, and teenage rebellion, oh my!

TV Dramas

Nail-biters, ugly-criers, and fan theorists, this is your category and you better do it proud. On the menu for TV dramas this year are Arrow, The Flash, Game of Thrones, Pretty Little Liars, Supernatural, Teen Wolf, The Walking Dead, and The 100. Binge-watching never had such a satisfying pay-off.

TV Comedies

To those who prefer side-splitting laughs over gut-wrenching twists, get your butts in gear and be ready to vote for your favorite TV comedy. Those that made it to our nominee list include Broad City, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, New Girl, Orange is the New Black, Silicon Valley, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and Younger. May your votes speak louder than your roaring laughter.
