Khloe Kardashian’s divorce from Lamar Odom is reportedly back on.

According to People, the reality star filed for divorce from her estranged husband on Thursday, citing the ever-popular “irreconcilable differences.”

Kardashian, 31, and Odom, 36, wed in 2009 after just one month of dating. She first filed for divorce from the former NBA star in December 2013, but called it off following Odom’s near-fatal overdose last October. He ended up in a four-day coma and was hospitalized for weeks, while Kardashian remained at his side and withdrew her divorce petition in order to be able to make medical decisions on his behalf. However, a source told People that it was always her plan to follow through with the divorce and that she was simply “waiting for the time to be right.”

Kardashian recently opened up about her struggle with the idea of divorce in an essay for Lena Dunham’s Lenny newsletter.

“At my core, I don't believe in divorce,” she wrote. “But I came to a point in my marriage where I had to make the choice to take care of my own mental and emotional well-being in order to protect myself and my happiness. I am at peace with that decision and do feel like I honored my vows to the very end.”
