The Little Brother From 'Zoey 101' Nailed Justin Bieber’s 'Love Yourself'

And William Shatner even tweeted it

From 2005 to 2008, Paul Butcher played Dustin Brooks, Jamie Lynn Spears's little brother on Zoey 101. He was the youngest of the squad, but he could be just as feisty as the older kids at Pacific Coast Academy.

Last year, we wrote about how buff Butcher is now and how he has the voice of an angel. Seriously, the dude has some pipes. And it's clear that he's just getting started.

In February, Butcher tweeted out his cover of Justin Bieber's "Love Yourself."

Let me put it bluntly: It's so, so good. His voice works perfectly for the song, and I believe he did it justice.

On March 24, Bieber's unusual BFF, William Shatner, retweeted Butcher's video, and tagged The Biebs in it.

As of this writing, Bieber hasn't responded or "liked" the tweets on Twitter, but fingers crossed he sees the vid in the near future.

Butcher replied to Shatner with the link to another cover he's done: Zayn's "Pillowtalk."

The Zoey 101 star teamed up with Kurt Hugo Schneider for the "Pillowtalk" cover.

Schneider played the piano while Butcher sang, and damn, he can hit those high notes. Wonder if Quinn's Frazz had any influence? 😜

But Butcher doesn't only do covers; he has his own music, too.

His single "Don't Go" is available on iTunes, and you can check out the music video for it here.

Of course, fans are still waiting for the full version of "Stop Callin'."

Butcher released a snippet of the song back in January 2015 and has yet to release the entire song. But his tweet about it gives me hope we'll get it sometime this year. (Hint hint, wink wink.)

Either way, 2016 looks like it's shaping up to be Butcher's year.

I mean, he already got William Shatner to share his vid from a month ago. And if Bieber approves? Gold.
