Kim Kardashian's New Year's Resolutions Are Surprisingly Normal

She's got six major goals for 2016.

Kim Kardashian might not be super "into" the whole New Year's resolution-setting tradition -- "I've done them before, but I don't believe in them," she wrote on her website Thursday (Dec. 31) -- but she's still down to participate. In her own way, at least.

See, she considers resolutions "a good jumping off point" for other people, but she prefers to "set goals throughout the year."

"I think setting little goals every month is productive and long-term goals (like saving money or learning a new language) are important, too," she wrote. "But I don't need a new calendar year to do that." Fair enough -- although the long-term goal game is pretty much what it's all about. Anyway...

For 2016, she wrote, she has six major hopes (and no, they don't include dethroning her littlest sister from her Instagram throne or setting the celeb-watching world on fire with another surprise hairdo). Kim's sextet of aspirations are as follows:

Weight loss

Kim Kardashian 2

"I'd obviously like to shed the baby weight. That's the big one to accomplish first!" she wrote.

Home ownership

Kim Kardashian Make It Happen

"I'd also like to finish our home next year, so we're working hard to make decisions and meet deadlines so it gets done."

Vacation time

Kim Kardashian Smiling

"I also want to plan a West family vacation – it's a project in itself to find the time!" (That's a pretty good problem to have, but sure.)

Digital savviness

Kim Kardashian Food

"I'd like to do some really cool photo shoots for my Web site." OK, so that one might have a little something to do with her social media prowess.

Mingling with fans

Kim Kardashian Excited

"I want to do a couple more fun weekend trips with my Twitter followers that I haven't met yet," she said of her fifth intent. Who'll be the lucky superfans to get a meet-and-greet this time?!

Learning the splits

This is the goal that went just a hair off the margin of expectation, but it's something we'd so like to see. Good goal, Kim.

Whatever happens, we're pretty sure Kim's going to inadvertently break the internet at least four or five times in 2016, and all we can say is: Bring. It. On.

Happy New Year!
