DC Comics' Vertigo imprint has been on an amazing roll of late, releasing an absurdly diverse slate of titles by some of the finest creators in the comics field...  And it's only going to get better over the fall, with a the debuts of a number of new series.

On October 9th, the first issue of Coffin Hill will hit comic shops – this new horror/suspense series tells the deeply creepy story of Eve Coffin, a young woman from a sleepy small town in New England, who gets caught up in a curse that dates back to the Salem With Trials.  Author Caitlin Kittredge and artist Inaki Miranda spin a compelling, suspenseful tale full of black magic, witchcraft, and intrigue.  And we here at MTV Geek have teamed with Vertigo to bring you an extra-special behind-the-scenes glimpse: below we have the two covers for the first issue; never-before-seen sketches of the cast; and a panorama 'set design' shot of Eve's bedroom.
