We have it on good authority that this photo is not one of JLaw in death throes but actually a snapshot of a comedic short film she co-stars in with Joel McHale that will air during the Movie Awards. We promise you, no young Hollywood stars were harmed during the making of this awards show.

"Archery has really come back in a big way, so it seemed like a good thing to do as a jumping-off point for some comedy," Movie Awards short film producer Jordan Rubin told MTV News. "You have 'The Hunger Games,' Jeremy Renner [as Hawkeye] in 'Avengers,' 'Game of Thrones,' 'Snow White and the Huntsman,' also 'Brave' is coming out. It's good comedy fodder, and Jen totally got it. We were so happy she made time."

We already know Jen has comedic chops thanks to her hilarious appearance on After Hours staple "The Yes/No Show." Somehow we think a cameo in something starring Joel is going to be even more awesome. Though judging by the expression on her face in this image, she doesn't seem too pleased about her new head gear.
