People reports that the couple, who have been dating for five months, have called it quits.

Joe and Gigi -- whom fans dubbed G.I. Joe -- were first seen getting close in an NYC bar in June, and quickly began spending a lot of time in the public eye. They made their red carpet debut just last month, and were even validated by Taylor Swift when they double dated with her and Calvin Harris (with Karlie Kloss) on a boat down the River Thames.

"Joe and Gigi’s relationship recently ended," a source told People. "Nothing serious happened ... it wasn’t a dramatic break up. It was just hard to make it work with their schedules. They will definitely remain friends."
