Zooey Deschanel isn't the newest girl in her family anymore.

The hilarious (and, let's face it, completely adorkable) TV actress has now given birth to healthy baby girl, E! Online has confirmed. And she recently rung some wedding bells with her long-time beau, producer Jacob Pechenik!

Deschanel had announced her pregnancy with Pachenik in early January, followed quickly with the news that the two had gotten engaged.

In March, Deschanel explained on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" that she wanted to "be surprised" and wait to find out the baby's gender at delivery.

"It's more fun, you know? We could make it into a game," she joked.

Now, the game's over and the real fun can begin for the newlyweds-slash-new parents. But they can pretty much go right to the end on this one, which is just poop. Lots and lots of poop.
