Chelsea, Jenelle, Kailyn and Leah may not have the opportunity to see each other very often since they all reside in different states -- but when the "Teen Mom 2" gals come together for the long-running program, it's like the cast members never left each other. The fun proof: The foursome traveled to Los Angeles this past weekend to film the highly anticipated reunion and other specials for the MTV series -- and as expected, the young mothers and their loved ones shared some lively social media snaps from their West Coast adventure.
