Justin Bieber Wants To Design A Men's Line — Cue The Freaking Out

And he's looking to Kanye West for advice.

Last week, Justin Bieber was kind enough to take the time to remind us that his abs are real—like, he can just roll up to the red carpet of a Calvin Klein event in Hong Kong and they'll tag along—no Photoshop necessary. At the same event, Bieber spoke to WWD and revealed that—wait for it—he wants to design his own line.

Are you freaking out? Cool, same.

Unfortunately, it may be a while before we see anything from his "men’s brand of fashion and streetwear," but only because he wants his designs to be the best they can be. Oh, and he's learned a lot from another musician-turned-designer—Kanye West.

He says, "I just want to make sure it’s perfect and right and take my time with it. I know Kanye [West] has been working on his stuff for years and failed and came back and tried again and failed. It’s about trial and error and I don’t know if I’m ready for that yet. Fashion’s definitely really important, but I got to make sure I’m ready for the failing part of it because I know that comes with it. It’s not easy. It’s not like putting out an album."

As far as the steez he's into these days, Bieber says he's "really into, like, drapy things, drapy sweaters, layering pieces." If that's what we can expect from his collection, um, would it be possible to pre-order the entire thing right now? I know it doesn't really ~exist~ yet, but I want it all.

You can read the full interview on WWD—where JB dishes on what to expect from his role in Zoolander 2, new music, and more.
