Catelynn and Tyler have shared special moments with their little girl Carly and her parents Teresa and Brandon through the years -- from annual visits to sending birthday and Christmas presents to the now six-year-old, to name a few. And during part 2 of last night's "Teen Mom OG" reunion special, Teresa -- who opted to travel solo and leave her daughter back home -- got to meet an integral person in the high school sweethearts' lives: their newborn daughter Novalee. Understandably, the sight of Ty holding his petite princess made Carly's mother feel emotional right out of the gate.

"Okay, hand her over," Teresa declared as soon as she, Ty and the peanut exchanged a sweet embrace. "Oh my goodness," she added as she gave Nova a kiss on her keppie (translation: Yiddish for head).

While Cate was quick to remove her daughter's "stupid little headband" (heh), Teresa was immediately enamored with the sleepy tot and couldn't help but reflect on a similar experience on that very stage years prior.

"Six years ago, I walked out here with Carly in my arms," T said as she held back tears. "And now, six years later, Tyler walks out with Nova."
