Drake turned "Know Yourself" into a magical moment for Toronto last night during his Jungle Tour stop. But before lighting up that T. Dot stage, Drizzy found time to chill with a very important person, his former teacher Kim Janzen.

"Me and my favorite person in the world," Drake said in an Instagram caption on Tuesday. "The woman who taught me to take responsibility for my actions and also gave me the confidence to write and express myself! My teacher Kim Janzen in a freshie pose for the 6 side!"

This isn't the first time the OVO MC has thanked Janzen for her help publicly. Back in 2012 - when Drizzy graduated H.S. at 25 - he praised his teacher for her "tireless" efforts.

So, when Drake said he was runnin' through the 6 with his woes - you know, people "working on excellence" - perhaps he also meant to include his teacher, right? After all, a great instructor is supposed to be doing just that. And from the sounds of it, Janzen was an important influence on Drizzy's excellence.
