Have you been keeping up with "American Crime Story," the new miniseries from FX and "American Horror Story" mastermind Ryan Murphy? If not, and you're a Kardashian fan, it's time to start paying attention: Deadline dropped the news today that Selma Blair is joining the event series as Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian's mama Kris Jenner.

Yep, we're pretty pumped, too.

Who knows how much of Kris the momager we'll see in the series, as it chronicles the infamous O.J. Simpson trial from the perspective of all the lawyers involved — including Robert Kardashian, Kris' ex-husband and Simpson's attorney. David Schwimmer plays Kardashian, so you can start envisioning the epic arguments between the erstwhile Ross Gellar and Cecile Caldwell accordingly.

Beyond Schwimmer and Blair, "American Crime Story: The People v O.J. Simpson" has a packed cast, featuring Cuba Gooding Jr. and John Travolta, among others. It's premiering at some point in 2016, just a little more than 20 years after the 1995 trial.
