The weekend is over, and that means it's time to get back to work. Specifically, it's time for the movie "Suicide Squad" -- a.k.a. Task Force X -- to get to work, as the DC Comics villains turned reluctant (read, there's a bomb in their heads) heroes are finally revealed.
Next year's follow-up to "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" has been slowly opening up the floodgates of info, including a look at Jared Leto's take on The Joker, and more. But here, director David Ayer finally gave us a peak at the entire team:
The supervillain mash-up hits theaters on August 5, 2016, and stars Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Will Smith as Deadshot, Jared Leto as The Joker, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Cara Delevingne as the Enchantress, and way way more... Including rumored cameos by Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, and Ben Affleck as Batman.
Probably most interesting to fans is Robbie as Quinn, who matches up nicely to Leto's Joker... As well as Delevingne's distinctly less colorful looking costume as the magical Enchantress. Oh, and Smith shaven bald as Deadshot:
And correct me if I'm wrong, but is that Karen Fukuhara as Katana, the sword-wielding assassin currently also appearing on "Arrow?"
We'll definitely be seeing way more from this cast as time goes on -- we still need to see Viola Davis as the lady in charge, Amanda Waller, among others -- but this definitely makes it look good to be bad.
