Zendaya Tells Us Her Must-Haves For Hosting The Radio Disney Music Awards
Zendaya is a girl who can do it all.
The 18-year-old is already a TV star and singer, and now she's taking on the role of host at this year's Radio Disney Music Awards (airing Sunday, April 26). So how is she preparing for the big night? Well, being the fashionista she is, Zendaya has one thing on her mind: wardrobe changes.
"I'm preparing by getting some great outfits, great costume changes, figuring out what I'm going to do with my hair, finding a good pair of shoes that are comfortable but also fabulous," Zendaya, who is planning on changing outfits "at least five times," told us. "And honestly just having fun, especially with this kind of award show. It's not too serious, it's not like a stressful situation. Just go out there and enjoy yourself."
While hosting the show, which features performances by Nick Jonas, Fifth Harmony and Shawn Mendes, may not seem super stressful to the actress, that doesn't mean she isn't a little nervous. Naturally, Zendaya doesn't want to "mess anything up."
"Remembering what the heck I'm doing for sure," she said when asked what would be the most challenging part of the night. "Because you know when you're like, 'ugh I don't know what I'm doing,' but you can't just stop, you know what I mean? It's always going."
We have a feeling that Zendaya will be awesome. I mean, she was basically flawless when she co-hosted the 2014 MTV Movie Awards Pre-show.
