We’re only three months into 2015, and Drake has already managed to smash records with his latest mixtape, announce a new album slated for release this spring, AND craft an epic lineup for his annual OVOFest.

It’s hard to imagine he even has time to sleep, but clearly he’s an ambitious, multi-talented dude who just wants to make sure there’s never a dull moment in his life.

So for his latest trick, Canada’s Finest has decided to dip his toes in an unexpected place: the world of fine art.

According to The New York Times, Drake will curate an exhibition at fancy-shmancy New York auction house Sotheby’s this spring.

The exhibition — which opens April 28 and runs through July 12 — will highlight the work of contemporary African-American artists. Drizzy’s role will be to pick music for different listening stations throughout the exhibit.

How in the world did Drake score a gig like this, you ask? Turn out, he has friends in high places.

“The idea for the Drake collaboration came through a personal connection within Sotheby’s contemporary art department,” the Times reports, adding that “he is not being paid” for the job.

Hmm…we can’t help but wonder if Drake will camp out in the gallery à la Jay Z and his crazy six-hour “Picasso Baby” performance. Or will he debut his own new music at each of the exhibit’s listening stations? Now THAT would be an unexpected album drop for the ages.

In any case, even though this sounds like a job that’d totally be up Kanye West’s alley (he’s a noted art curator, after all), we have no doubt Drake will kill it.
