For the first time in 75 years, Archie Comics is reintroducing their titular red-headed leading man to the masses with an all new rebooted "Archie #1," which resets Riverdale in the 21st century with a new story by Mark Waid ("Daredevil") and art by Fiona Staples ("Saga"). And dang, he looks like the sort of guy we'd totally love to hang out with now.

You won't be able to get your hands on this new comic until it hits stores on July 8th, but in the meantime, MTV News has these exclusive variant covers for you from award-winning artists all over the comics industry, like Francesco Francavilla ("Afterlife with Archie"), Robert Hack ("The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina"), and Chip Zdarsky (who's currently writing "Howard the Duck," by the way).
