Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are currently in Paris for Paris Fashion Week, and this morning, photos were taken of Kim and she was hiding her hair under a black hat.

Normally, Kim's gorgeous hair is allowed to flow freely in the wind, so we couldn't help but wonder—had she gone longer than anticipated without washing her hair? Did she get gum in it? What was up, y'know? And then, when leaving the hotel later, she revealed why she had been so coy.

She had gone blonde. Like seriously blonde—practically platinum. While Kim teased blonde hair in June, she later revealed it was just a wig. This new look appears to be the real deal.

While Kim has had lighter hair before, this is the blondest she's ever been, by a lot. She'll have to update her "Kim Kardashian: Hollywood" characters immediately, right?

Since she debuted the 'do at PFW, there are bound to be a ton of photos giving us a 360° view of it soon—we can't wait to see.
