Even though Whitney Port got engaged to TV producer Tim Rosenman more than a year ago, we've been dying to know all the details about her engagement ring. Sure, we peeped the gorgeous sparkler on Whit's hand multiple times since then, but just this week our City girl finally revealed the designer–and sketches!–behind that amazing ring.
Ron Bensimon created the rose gold, oval diamond piece, which featured diamonds all along the band and under the bezel setting. On her blog, Whitney shared the adorable proposal in detail (basically, she spoiled the surprise) and explained how she actually got to partake in the ring-designing process.
"Since the ring had not been bought yet, I had the gift of being able to give Timmy a little insight into my taste," she wrote. "I told him I loved oval shape and rose gold. He met with the jeweler Ron Bensimon, who went above and beyond and found the most beautiful stone ever in Israel. It was flown across the world to him, where he set it and then delivered it to our hotel in Sydney!" Dang, that's love y'all.
Andddd here's another photo of the ring action. Why? Because we can.
