If you ask us, there's nothing inherently wrong with being in Slytherin, the most notoriously "bad seed" house from the Harry Potter series. And yet Charli XCX seemed a little miffed on twitter after someone suggested she would "definitely be in Slytherin."

It doesn't come as too much of a surprise to learn Charli is a fan of the Harry Potter series. Who isn't? There's a reason why author J.K. Rowling's books continue to thrive more than a decade after Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was released.

In the Harry Potter books and films, new students at Hogwarts are placed into different houses from the Sorting Hat. Members of the Slytherin house are known for being cunning, yet ambitious and the most well-known characters from the house include professor Severus Snape, school nemesis Draco Malfoy, and arch villain Voldemort.

Slytherin is not too much of a stretch for Charli. She began her career when she was only 14 years old, and if anyone's oozing with ambition and smarts, its Charli. Slytherins also tend to "disregard the rules." (Sound familiar?) Add in her latest all-black, sleek ensembles and she's pure Slytherin girl power.

After some consideration, Charli seemed okay with the assessment.

However, she did note which house she definitely didn't want to be a part of if she were at Hogwarts.

Ouch!
