... a good attitude.

In a new "Vevo Tour Exposed" video, the "This Is How We Do" singer talks says that everybody on her Prismatic World Tour team is "a go-getter" with a "positive attitude."

"We're all rubbing shoulders with each other every single day," she says in the behind-the-scenes clip, which also features her first Metamorphosis Music signee, Ferras. "It's like a traveling circus, so a positive attitude is really important -- and I believe that pretty much 100% of our crew has that."

See? A good attitude -- and, um, 20+ years of lighting, set design and/or costuming experience -- will get you anywhere.
