Britney Spears’ Perfect Abs Makes Us Want To Hit The Gym

Britney Spears definitely works!

Works out, that is. The pop star is baring her toned tummy in an orange bikini on the cover of the January/February 2015 issue of Women's Health, and I'm suddenly feeling like a few crunches are in order.

The mom of two opened up to the magazine about her diet habits and why, at 33, she has to work extra hard to keep that envious figure.

"After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape," she said. "But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I’ve had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Consistency is key."

And she's not kidding, the pop star revealed that she loves dancing, swimming, power yoga and hitting the gym with her personal trainer.

"Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically," Brit said. "I don't mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn't have a problem being motivated."

It seems like Britney is gearing up for a busy 2015. The singer will continue her residency in Las Vegas and is set to release new music with Iggy Azalea.

"We have a song, which is going to be her first single, coming out next year," Iggy told Boston's Kiss 108 radio station. "'Hopefully, everybody will get to hear it at the beginning of next year. I think people are really going to love and enjoy it. It's a really fun track."
