'Girls' Season 4 Gets A Premiere Date, A New Trailer And A Healthy Snack

'A' voice of 'a' generation is back.

Put down the chocolate, it's finally here: Our first official, scenes-and-all, look at the fourth season of HBO's "Girls" is alive and well on the World Wide Web. And on January 11, the fourth season of "Girls" will be alive and well on HBO and your roommate's dad's friend's HBO Go account for your viewing pleasure. Eeee!

When we left off in season three, Hannah (Lena Dunham) had been accepted into the Iowa Writers' Workshop, one of the most prestigious creative writing programs in the country. It would appear that when we pick up she's still trying to decide all kinds of things: Will she stay at Iowa, and will she succeed? Will she continue dating Adam (Adam Driver)? Will she be able to go on if she doesn't get a snack right this second?

Only time (and weekly installments of the show to demarcate that time) will tell.

Meanwhile, Shoshanna (Zosia Mamet) has been rudely thrust into the real world upon graduation from NYU, where she's repeatedly told that she "clearly doesn't want this job," and Marnie (Allison Williams) is sleeping with her entangled songwriting partner and doubting Hannah's fake shower tactics. As for Jessa (Jemima Kirke)...she's….getting arrested, it would appear.

Safe to say, many quotable lines and bananas situations are in store for us from the voice of the generation. Or a voice of a generation.
