Back when Kristin Cavallari ruled the hallways during her junior year of high school, the "Laguna Beach" gal was part of the popular crowd and endured her fair share of drama with her older beau Stephen Colletti and his longtime friend (and her main rival) Lauren Conrad. Ten years later, the erstwhile MTV star is a far cry from her teenage and "Hills" self: She's a fashion designer and E! host -- and a happily married mother of two living in the Windy City. And just like Lauren recently took a moment to reflect, the California native is offering some sage advice -- to the Kristin of the past.

When asked by Elle magazine what she would tell her 16-year-old self, the blond beauty had a few words of wisdom: enjoy being your actual age.

"I always wanted to be older, and now I wish I would have enjoyed every stage a little more," she revealed.

As for any regrets, K-Cav said she doesn't have any (if we could all be so lucky). "I, of course, did some dumb stuff -- but nothing that I look back on and think it didn't help me become who I am today."
