That's why, this year, the "WNO" frontman is leaving the flirting to the real boss: Rick Ross. In the sneak peek, below, Rick doesn't have to do much in order to win over a "WNO" gal -- and earn points for his team.

"I've got to say this: Your future bright, baby. But more importantly..." he says, trailing off as his signature Maybach Music sound effect begins to play. Really, who needs pickup lines when you're Ricky Rozay? #BOSS
