Bruno Mars Bringing Something 'Unorthodox' To Amsterdam For MTV EMA!

Mars joins performers Miley Cyrus, Robin Thicke, Katy Perry and more at November 10 show, where he's up for three awards.

He got Brooklyn all hot and bothered when he brought his sexy, swaggy "Gorilla" to the Video Music Awards earlier this year, and now, Bruno Mars wants to see if Amsterdam can take the heat.

That's right: the Unorthodox Jukebox singer is headed to the Netherlands to perform at the November 10 2013 MTV EMA, where he's also up for three awards -- Best Song for "Locked Out of Heaven," Best Male and Best U.S. Act. And while it will definitely be a big night for Mars, he's no rookie to MTV's celebration of the hottest stars in music. He also performed at the 2011 Belfast show, where he took home the awards for Best New and Best PUSH.

He joins a bevy of A-list performers including Miley Cyrus, Robin Thicke, Kings of Leon, Icona Pop, Snoop Dogg, Afrojack, Imagine Dragons, The Killers and Katy Perry at the show, which will also feature appearances from presenters Jared Leto, Rita Ora, Iggy Azalea, Ellie Goulding and San Diego's own Ron Burgundy.

Justin Timberlake and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis lead this year's EMA nominees with five each, while Miley, Thicke Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber are up for four awards.

"We had a blast the last time, and I can't wait to do it again on the 10th!" Mars said in a statement.

Fans in the U.S. (and the rest of the world) can vote now in EMA categories like Best Song, Best Pop and Biggest Fans by visiting MTVEMA.com online, or M.MTVEMA.com on their mobile phones. Voting will remain open until 11:50 p.m. CET on Friday, November 8.
