Lil Wayne Extends I Am Still Music Tour Through Summer

Rick Ross, Keri Hilson and Lloyd join second leg, which runs through July and August.

The road is truly Lil Wayne‘s home away from home. The rapper announced on Monday (May 9) that he will extend his I Am Still Music Tour through the summer, adding 40 more dates to the popular outing.

With his 10th studio album, Tha Carter IV, due out on June 21, Wayne will have little time to celebrate before heading back onstage on July 13 with a date at the Comcast Theater in Hartford, Connecticut. After spending time in arenas for the first half of the dates, Wayne will hit amphitheaters in 40 cities between July and September for the second leg. It is currently slated to wrap up with a September 11 date at the Woodlands Amphitheater in Woodlands, Texas.

As usual, Weezy will have plenty of headline-worthy help with him, including returning Still Music compatriot Rick Ross, as well as Keri Hilson, Far East Movement and Lloyd. Tickets will go on sale the weekend of May 20.
