Rapper Noreaga was arrested in Queens, N.Y., on Sunday night and charged with possession of marijuana, according to New York police spokesperson Joseph Cavitolo. Police with the Queens Narcotics Initiative observed the 21-year-old rapper (born Victor Santiago) and four other men allegedly smoking marijuana in a 2000 Mercedes Benz; the officers seized the vehicle. Noreaga released his second album, Melvin Flynt — Da Hustler, in August; the album featured a more danceable sound than its predecessor. Noreaga previously has served prison time for attempted murder.
