Gomez To Take Psychedelic-Roots Sound On Road
Psychedelic roots-rockers Gomez will mount a monthlong tour in February
that includes one night opening for rocker Ben Harper in Los Angeles and
an appearance at the annual South by Southwest music conference in Austin,
Texas.
Gomez drew critical praise in the U.S. and their native Britain last year
for their eclectic debut album, Bring It On (1998). The follow-up,
Liquid Skin, was released in September and includes "Devil Will

excerpt).
Gomez will return to the U.S. for shows in May and June, according to
Virgin Records.
