EMI, the world's third-largest music corporation, has bought a majority

share of Hit & Run Publishing, Reuters reported. Hit & Run is

known mainly for managing the copyrights to songs by prog-pop group

Genesis and their ex-singer Phil Collins. The company's

catalog also includes work by Kula Shaker, Julian Lennon

and "I'm Too Sexy" band Right Said Fred.
