Ex-Van Halen singer David Lee Roth is suing his former personal manager for allegedly selling Roth memorabilia on a website, the Associated Press reported. Roth filed the suit against Edmund Anderson, who worked with him for about 10 years, Friday (Oct. 29) in Los Angeles. Roth's lawyer, Jeff Benice, told the AP that the 45-year-old singer authorized Anderson to sell T-shirts, tour posters and other items through the site, but then Roth asked Anderson to shut down the site in February, around the time Anderson stopped working for the singer. Anderson later reopened the site, the suit claims. Anderson could not be reached for comment. Roth will play five shows in Texas this month, beginning Nov. 9 in Lubbock, his publicist said.
