Former Sex Pistol Readies 'Rotten Radio'

John Lydon's weekly show at eYada.com is slated to launch in mid-November.

Former Sex Pistols/Public Image Ltd. leader John Lydon is slated to launch a free-form, four-hour radio show in mid-November, according to the singer's manager. Tentative titles for the show include "Rotten Radio" and "Talking Bollocks." The Saturday afternoon program at eYada.com is expected to feature interactive elements such as Quicktime movies, phone call-ins, live guests and real-time e-mail exchanges. Lydon is currently finishing production on the first episode of his VH1 talk show "Rotten Television," which is tentatively slated to launch in late 1999 or early 2000. (SonicNet's parent company, Viacom, also owns VH1.)
