A decision in the songwriting suit against singer/songwriter and Lilith Fair founder Sarah McLachlan is not expected until the end of the year, McLachlan's manager, Terry McBride, said Thursday (Aug. 12). The case was filed by her former associate Darryl Neudorf, who is seeking co-writing credit for four songs on McLachlan's 1988 debut, Touch. Closing arguments in the case wrapped up in June.
