Pop singer Brandy will be immortalized in plastic next year when she turns up

as a doll in the Barbie line of children's toys. Barbie maker Mattel will manufacture a

miniature version of the Grammy-winning singer as a celebrity friend of Barbie,

according to a company spokesperson. The dolls are slated to hit store shelves in the

spring.
