Sweet Relief Auction Triples Take

The second annual Sweet Relief Holiday Ornament Auction netted $32,785, nearly tripling last year's $11,000 take, according to event coordinator Noa Jones. The biggest ticket items at this year's benefit for the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund -- a nonprofit organization established in 1994 by singer/songwriter Victoria Williams to provide financial and medical assistance to musicians -- were ornaments designed and signed by actor Leonardo DiCaprio, actress Cameron Diaz and Williams, each fetching $5,000. Attendees at the Tuesday (Dec. 8) event in Los Angeles included singer Adam Duritz of roots-pop group the Counting Crows and "Torn"-singer Natalie Imbruglia.
