Rocker Billy Squier, best known for his radio hit "The Stroke," is offering his previously unreleased, live acoustic tribute to late Queen singer Freddie Mercury, "I Have Watched You Fly," for free online download. The song was recorded in February during the opening of a New York play dedicated to the singer, who died of AIDS in 1992, entitled "Mercury: The Afterlife and Times of a Rock God." Download of the song will reward the listener with a coupon for the purchase of Squier's new album, Happy Blue.
