Hendrix On Harley-Inspired Album
Guitar legend Jimi Hendrix is among the classic rockers whose tracks are
included on Road Songs II (Oct. 6), the sequel to a 1994 rock album inspired by
Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The Harley-lovin' bands on the new, 30-song, two-CD set
include Queen ("Keep Yourself Alive"), Hendrix ("Look Over Yonder"),
George Thorogood ("Bad to the Bone"), Montrose ("Bad Motor
Scooter"), Gregg Allman ("Midnight Rider"), Billy Idol ("Rebel Yell") and
Deep Purple ("Highway Star"). The album will be gift-packaged in an
embossed, leather CD-wallet.
