The hot-jazz act Squirrel Nut Zippers recently finished recording an

album of Christmas tunes titled Christmas Caravan, blending original

tracks such as "Hot Christmas," "Christmas in Carolina" and "Indian Giver"

with such yuletide standards as the instrumental "Sleigh Ride." The

complete track-listing for the Oct. 6 release is: "Hot Christmas,"

"Christmas in Carolina," "Indian Giver," "My Evergreen," "The Gift of the

Magi," "Johnny Ace Christmas," "Winter Weather," "Hanging Up My Stockings,"

"I'm Coming Home For Christmas" and "Sleigh Ride." Meanwhile, hot producers

the Dust Brothers are doing a remix of the song "Suits Are Picking

Up the Bill" from the Zippers' recent release, Perennial Favorites.
