Acclaimed singer/songwriter John Hiatt will release a greatest-hits album entitled The Best of John Hiatt on Aug. 25. The 17-track album features such landmark Hiatt tunes as "Slow Turning," "Perfectly Good Guitar," "Riding with the King," "Cry Love," "Memphis in the Meantime" and a re-recorded version of his hit "Have a Little Faith in Me," produced by Glen Ballard (Alanis Morissette). Also included on the album are the songs "Tennessee Plates," "The Way We Make a Broken Heart" (with Rosanne Cash), "Child of the Wild Blue Yonder" and two new songs, "Love in Flames" and "Don't Know Much About Love."
