Everlast's Solo Debut On The Way
Former House of Pain rapper Everlast (a.k.a. Erik
Schrody) will release his solo debut, Whitey Ford Sings the
Blues, on Sept. 22. The 18-track collection, which fuses Everlast's
raw-voiced rap with guitar-based blues, features cameos from rappers
Sadat X, Bronx Style Bob and Casual. The album
includes the songs: "Ends," "Get Down," "Hot to Death," "Painkillers,"
"Praise the Lord" and the set's first single, "What It's Like."
