Insane Clown Posse Plead Guilty

Insane Clown Posse members Violent J (a.k.a. Joseph Bruce) and Shaggy 2 Dope (a.k.a. Joseph Utsler) pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct last Thursday in Hancock County Court in Greenfield, Ind., over an incident that took place on Jan. 30 at a Waffle House restaurant. According to Greenfield Police, a brawl broke out in the restaurant's parking lot when words were exchanged between 18-year-old Douglas Jordan and members of the ICP and their entourage, who then responded by hitting and kicking Jordan. Jordan was later treated for minor injuries at Hancock Memorial Hospital and then arrested and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. The two rappers were originally charged with battery along with eight other people, including members of Psycho Realm, Myzery and House of Kraze, but plea bargained down to the lesser charge of disorderly conduct. The ICP boys were fined $325 each. The trial for the others involved in the incident was set for Sept. 16.
