Jason Momoa Goes Full Dad In New Clip About His Life At Home

‘Canvas of My Life’ is Momoa’s love letter to his family

Jason Momoa is known by several different names — including Khal Drogo, Conan the Barbarian, and Aquaman — but he goes by a different moniker in his newest project: Dad.

On Thursday (December 15), a Carhartt-sponsored eight-minute clip called Canvas of My Life hit YouTube, featuring full narration by Momoa as he describes himself as a kid, how he was raised by his artistic mother, and how those past experiences shaped him into the father he is today. He candidly speaks about his kids Lola Iolani and Nakoa-Wolf and also includes Zoë Kravitz (the daughter of his wife, Lisa Bonet, and Lenny Kravitz).

"My dreams finally came true," Momoa said. "I'm a father. I found my place, my home."

In a classic tale, Momoa mentions his concern about missing important moments in his kids' lives due to the "nomadic lifestyle" of working in the entertainment industry. In between the treacly stuff, we're also treated to a few behind-the-scenes moments of the upcoming Aquaman movie, getting to see Momoa in action as the DC comic book hero. Check it out above.
